How do you normally charge for your service?

I have an hourly rate for work carried out in actually rectifying your problem I do not charge for providing quotes or coming to your home or place of business.

Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?

I specialise in Apple Computers and Peripherals. I provide support for all versions of PC platforms on Windows Operating Systems, International's of Things devices, Networking and Smart Homes.

What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?

I have been in the computer industry for 30 years. I hold a Degree in Computer Science and have.worked in both Public and Private industry delivering computer solutions to Federal Government and Private Companies. I am on top of the latest technology and I delight in providing solutions for you.

Needed an upgrade from windows 7 to 10. Also all my info transferred etc etc. Peter got onto to it immediately and I was set to go the next day!!! Couldn't get over the great, speedy service!!! Would recommend him to anyone.
