I do have Professional Indemnity Insurance and if a customer isn't happy with the work provided I will work with them to provide the desired outcome they want.

When I was young I chose to do a course in which would allow me to work in many different industries. This course go me into administration and accounts and has allowed me to have many jobs in the administration and accounts area.

While I was working for an employer I had a role as Purchasing Officer I created a Material Requirement Planning Report in Excel. This report was used to be able to put in your expected budget so you could see what you needed to pre order.

I like working with numbers and creating documents. That is why I have worked in the background of administration and bookkeeping as it gives me the ability to do administration and bookkeeping.

I believe customers would commonly ask why should I choose you to do my job. I would answer by saying my experience shows I am capable of doing an extremely professional job and would make sure the customer is happy with the work done.

Every employer of mine over the last 15 years has seen how reliable and trustworthy I am. As I have always worked with accounts I understand the responsibility to make sure that privacy for company's is extremely important.

A detailed description of the job. Outline the computer software you would like to be used. Make sure all documentation required for the job is provided eg. Bank Statement for Bank Reconciliations.

I either charge per hour for ongoing work such as bookkeeping. On a particular job I will quote a fixed price .

I specialise in Bookkeeping and Administration. Handling any kind of document creation within the Microsoft Applications. I also can touch type between 60-80 words per minute.

I have completed a Diploma in Business Administration and have a Bookkeeping for Small Business Course. I also have a wide range of background in many different computer applications and accounting packages. Due to this I pick up any new computer system very quickly.
