  They started off ok but once they made there first mistake the care factor just went straight down hill. They said they give the same fall if not more too the shower drain but it runs out and heads straight for the bedroom carpet The tiles are chipped were they done cuts with a grinder & the grouting was rushed so I had to finish it the best I could I rang KGP they said they coming out too resolve the level in the shower floor but never turned up I have repeatedly call but they just don't answer I paid in full plus extra even brought a box of beer for them when they started making mistakes like cutting shower floor tiles the rong direction I done my best to be patient but since they haven't returned my calls or try to resolve the shower floor levels I highly recommend not too hire KGP very untrustworthy !
