Hello, I’m Khalla, a Bachelor Degree Qualified Naturopath, with a passion for creating approachable, affordable and sustainable wellness for all my clients. As a modern Naturopath, my holistic and individualised approach is based on traditional knowledge and the best available evidence-based scientific research. I truly believe that Naturopathy offers a preventative lifestyle of wellness, as well as the ability to provide holistic focused treatment for a range of conditions and health concerns. Therefore my passion lies in working with my clients to create individualised and sustainable habits, primarily through food as medicine and lifestyle interventions. With the addition of herbal medicine, nutraceuticals and flower essences when needed. My favourite principle of Naturopathy is ‘Docere’ which means to teach. I employ this principle in my practice, always endeavouring to educate my clients, giving you the tools you need to be well and stay well. I am able to support you in all aspects of health, and strive to create a non-judgemental and safe environment to nourish the health journey you require.
