  I recently had Gutters, Fascia and Downpipes replaced. Charlie and his brothers and nephew (family business) were not only on time but well presented and extremely knowledgeable in their field and the price was incredibly reasonable. I still have further works to be carried out and a quote for these works yet to be received. However, on the works completed to date not only am I a happy customer my home looks absolutely amazing. On the flip side of all of this not only am I waiting for the quote for unfinished works (gable at back side of house........how did he miss that) and a skylight to be installed in computer room to be completed, I am also waiting for someone to come out and work out why on the wettest day known to man the gutters on the left hand side of house overflowed like a waterfall all day and not only into my property but my neighbours property as well (zero lot line). Please note I have contacted KHN and for past 3 weeks Charlie has been coming out and I'm guessing so is the Quote. Unfortunately, he's still coming except no he's not. I also noted that on the left hand side (problem gutters) that the gutters have been installed in 2 & 3 pieces respectively and I thought they would have put a bracket over the join or at least some rivets because in time the silicone will wear away. So now, (lucky me) I have to find yet another gutter company to fix the problem that has been created. Future customers..............you decide because I give up.
