How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I enjoy working with computers and find that the work suites my analytical skills. Combining this passion for computers with me enjoyment of working with people led me to running my own services business.

Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?

In the past I moved all of the office computers for a local surfboard company to a new building. I set up all of their front and back office machines and networking.  The director of the company was so pleased with the work that he got me to come to his home and set up a home office for him.

What do you like most about your job?

I really enjoy the fault finding process. It is like a mystery with clues that needs to be solved. Finding the root cause of problem and fixing it is very rewarding.

We take pride in fixing faults for our customers and rely on repeat business and referrals.  We value communication with our customers and will stay in touch regarding scheduling.

Understanding our customers’ needs is the core of our business and our customers’ satisfaction is the most important thing to us. We work with customers to understand their needs and ensure our recommended solutions meet these needs, whilst remaining cost effective.

Please gather as much information as possible about your faults and have it ready for us. What type of machine is faulty? How did the fault occur? How quickly do you need it fixed.

Ensure that all of your data is backed up first. Our computers are often used to store important documents and our precious memories. The backup process can take a long time so please back up your data.

Our experience allows us to find cost effective solutions and implement them quickly and to our customers satisfaction.  We are interested in repeat business and fixing problems so that you will us again.

How do you normally charge for your service?

We accept EFT, Direct deposit, paypal and cash.  We charge for the 1st hour and then in half hour increments.

Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?

We specialise in IT fault finding, diagnosis and resolution and we explain complex issues in easy to understand terms. Not every business needs an expensive in-house IT department. Let us be your “IT Department as a Service”.

Our experience  spans across all aspects of IT – Windows and OS X, Networks, Data Storage, Virtualisation and Cloud. Our Director, Mike Piestrzynski is a certified Cloud Architect and has worked for some of Australias largest ICT Businesses including IBM, Telstra, EMC, Unisys, Optus and QBE.
