Our company has over 15 years of providing a high level of service to customers and ensuring that their requirements have been met. We are fully insured and can provide a food tasting of the menu for two people to ensure the quality of the food and happiness of the client before the event.

The founder of Knife & Fork Cooking School Matteo Toffano was raised in the Alps of Venice, Italy. Where food is celebrated in all aspects of life. Matteo enjoys sharing his passion for food through catering events, cooking workshops and consulting.

One of the most memorable stories is of a client who is restricted to 11 types of food that can be digested. We designed a degustation menu which they could enjoy as part of the dinner party. The client as you can imagine was blown away by the experience saying it was the best experience in years.
