We believe everyone can learn to better understand and train their pets using the most modern and kind methods. It’s not rocket-science, we don’t have some innate ability to speak to animals - it can be learned and we can teach you!
Our owners and founders are Stacey, Shelley & Jacqui. These three women all have different backgrounds in the pet care industry, and have come together to provide outstanding training and care to the pets of Melbourne.
Stacey has an incredible knowledge of training aids and pet care products, and specialises in helping owners of all kinds of animals start off on the right foot. Ask for Stacey if you're bringing a new pet home soon!
Shelley is a puppy expert, and can help you train and socialise your puppy to prevent future problem behaviours - ask for her if you have a puppy who won't stop biting, chewing, peeing in the house, or jumping up!
Jacqui comes from a rescue background and has worked with a huge range of problem behaviours. She also has a passion for trick training, and the way this seemingly 'fun' or even 'silly' training can actually have huge benefits to dogs and owners. Ask for her if your rescue dog needs help, or you want to teach party tricks to make your friends go "WOW!".

If I could I would give no stars - booked in for a one to one session and a trainer came over and played with the puppy for the whole session but we were reassured we would receive a report covering all the things we need to do to train our puppy up. A year on we are still waiting for our report! Bad service, not recommended.Lara

Shelley and Stacey have been amazing. What a great experience for our little Frankenstein They have been so available for any questions or worries we have had about our 4 month husky x Am staff Supported us through messages and phone calls, kennel cough and strained doggy hips. Thanks so much Frankie loved puppy school at the Bones and Harmony venue which was super clean and really inviting. They all have the most tremendous knowledge and work on rewards based training and really put the onus on you as the owner to get involved and be responsible for both yours and your pets actions They are AMAZING
