We require the following before we can quote, the date of your function, the budget and the style of food and the theme of your event.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

You can always save money by working with us to provide the things that cost the most.  For example if you are having a cake serve it as dessert, ask your guests to get involved and assist with the decorating.  Try and get all the furniture and decorations through friends and relatives.

We work with you to make sure that you are comfortable within your budget, if we can't provide you with what you want we will try and compromise.  We only use fresh ingredients and all our catering is made from scratch to ensure we use local products.

How do you normally charge for your service?

We normally charge per person for the food component then for waitstaff and/or bar staff on top of that.  We work within your budget.

We specialise in canapé wedding  and engagement functions and private degustation dinners in your home.  We also specialise in croquembouche wedding cakes.

Lesley Taylor's name has been synonymous with Newcastle dining for years. Lesley began her apprenticeship at age 16.  She is award winning, having won 4 individual chef's hats and being only one of three females in NSW with a 'hat'.
