  Worst experience, i have our school formal in a few days and due to unfortunate family reasons we are unable to go formal. So we ask for a refund within 24hrs after purchase and minutes after hearing the bad news, and they tell us that there will be a cancellation fee, so i agreed to pay a fee and we are left with mid conversation hang ups, very rude and poor reasoning such as the business ours. It is 1 day before the formal and they told us to pay $350 for the limo we are not using. I recommend not to use.

  Listen to all the 1/2 star reviews!, they seem promising when emailed but in conversation they were rude and demanding. Glad I did not hire with limosine line.

  Now, please take my advice and dont use these rude people. They were 50 min late for my wedding-they said "oh we didnt know it was a wedding" -why would that matter! Ask for a service at a price, get that service WHEN you request, AND they still charge you full price $150 for a 5 minute ride...in a normal sedan. I cannot advise you more than to stay clear of them. I am absolutely ropable with the treatment i received.

  They were ONE HOUR late to take my husband and I to our OWN WEDDING! Need I say more?! They were so rude and unapologetic about it, too. I wish I had read the reviews first. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

  After checking out many companies, I choose to go with this one for my wedding earlier this year. Firstly my driver was over half an hour late, than the champagne I had paid an extra $50 was not in the limo. Than to end my day perfectly the driver dropped us off in an industrial car park, instead of the front of the hotel, as he didn't wanna go around the block. I gave the company a chance to fix this bad experience by reporting back after the wedding, I spoke to a nice staff who said they would follow up. Of course I never heard anything again. Don't book with this company.
