Lisa holds a Professional Doctorate in Clinical Psychology and has over 10 years experience treating a range of mental health disorders including anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorder, along with issues such as family and relationship problems, stress, and parenting difficulties. She has worked across a number of clinical settings including community counselling, mental health services, psychiatric rehabilitation, and disability services. Lisa has expertise in a range of evidence-based psychological therapies including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), and Mindfulness-based interventions.
