LT & Associates is an award winning building design business which provides design and drafting services for extensions, new homes or large residential developments. We also provide services in commercial and industrial projects. Our company is small, friendly and completely dedicated. We offer fixed fee proposals and we specialise in new elegant homes as well as stunning additions and extensions. Designs are created to suit your taste and budget. Extensive local council experience, concept/ sketch design/ Council DA +Council Construction Certificate- Innovative, creative and passive design solutions. LT & Associates were established in 1999 and have 11 years of experience in building design. Our employees are qualified drafts people, building designers and Site Supervisors all holding qualifications such as Diploma's in Architectural Technology TAFE, Certificate IV in Building & Construction and a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from the University of Technology Sydney as well as extensive experience in Project Management. We have been working for architects, building designers & builders in Sydney since our foundation, working on residential, commercial and industrial projects. We recently received a design award for a new residential project we designed in Castle Hill.
