  Sean contacted us before anybody else. He could come the following morning and he did! Our job were complicated to find the issue of the fault and by first visit he did his utmost and thought it was fixed. As it turned out it wasn't, he came back checked further into the problem, took his time (as not many tradespeople now a days do) and found the fault, (which previously tradespeople were not able to find) - and fixed it! He compensated on the cost of fixing it for overlooking the problem in the first place! If we had listen to the other tradesperson attending the job previously, we would have been out of pocket $2000,- plus and the problem would still NOT have been fixed. On the top of all that Sean is a most pleasant, polite and easy going person to deal with Surely can highly recommend.
