  To date we are only part way through the design process, but I am extremely pleased with the Schematic Design, and look forward to working with Jason and the team at Manakin to finalise the plans and commence building my new home/investment. Jason is extremely approachable and professional. He has incorporated and improved on the initial ideas I had for the project. I was also impressed with how he interpreted my abstract/non-architectural explanation of styles/designs that I like, providing me "spot on" examples of the style I was wanting, early in the design process. Assuming that the remainder of my experience with Jason and the Manakin team is as good as it has been so far, I have no hesitation in recommending them and will use Manakin again myself for future projects.
