  I have used Cris Edwards of Mannigan Edwards Interiors on two projects (a 3 storey townhouse and a complete new build house) and have been really happy with the outcome. In fact so happy that we are in the process of working with her on a third property (a new penthouse apartment), which will be completed early next year. On the 2nd and 3rd properties Cris was in on the build stage as well as the furnishings and finishes. I find her to be enthusiastic, thorough and creative, but at the same time she listens to our thoughts and ideas (which is not always the case with interior decorators). Two of our friends have now used Cris after seeing and loving how our homes have turned out.

  We first employed Cris based on a very high commendation from a friend, whose home we really liked. Since then we have commissioned Cris on two occasions, renovating our home, and then an apartment. We are thrilled with the results. Cris is a warm, sincere, bubbly personality who is very easy to work with.. She is very approachable, yet efficient, quick and professional. . She guided us when we felt at sea, and was also very good at analysing a problem and coming up with solutions. She was very clear and decisive when needed and very honest in her feedback. I felt she always listened to our ideas, needs and circumstances.

  Using Cris as the interior designer for my home was the best decision I ever made. Not only was she extremely knowledgable and highly professional but she was so friendly and easy to work with too. She listened to my brief and made my house look exactly as I had imagined. She came up with things for my home that I never could have visioned. I will never be able to thank her enough and if I do ever chose to build or redecorate again she is the only person I would ever consider to help with the job.

  Cris started out as a set designer in Hollywood before travelling to Fiji and then Australia designing hotels and resorts. She started Eco Chic as an offshoot of her interior design company Mannigan Edwards Interiors.
