The electricians were required to return several times when the items installed failed to work. There was a general lack of care of our home. Floors and fixtures were damaged by ladders.Rob D

Reading other reviews I noted that Mark will often send his younger crew to the job so I asked that he actually do the job and he assured me that he would. He said he'd also ring 30 minutes before arriving. I was out when my 15 year old daughter rang to say there's electricians at the front door. I told her to let them know I'd be home in 5 minutes. When I got home Mark was not there but a young electrician and an apprentice who had let themselves in without permission while a child was home alone and started work without my approval. They also wandered through my home looking for the switchboard. I was absolutely livid. The electrician said Mark was busy on another job. I rang Mark and he replied the nest day and I expressed my disappointment. He said he had a funeral to go to. I felt he could have rung prior to let me know so I could reschedule. But I think this is how he operates based on other reviews. They didn't complete the work as I was so angry and I had to get another electrician to finish the job. I would NOT recommend this electrician and would never use them again.Dianne O
