Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

Accepted Answer

Yes we have insurances  from workcover to public liability.... And of course  we protect all our gear weather it's working in the studio or out on location. Our work is guaranteed , but like any guarantee this is based on the level of information supplied prior to the shoot.  Our business is based on long term relationships..... Most of our clients come from referrals.

Photography is a job that offers up a vast array of opportunities that only limited by our imagination..... There are images everywhere in todays society .... every image is a possible job/opportunity.... How could I do it better..?

Things to help us quote: Location of the photography - is at your office , location or can it be shot at our studio. Timing for the photography - Daytime , nighttime... early start or maybe just specific timing for an event. What are the images going to be used for - Marketing, web, print .... IS there a concept or style of image that you like.... Maybe email us some examples .. And ... DO you have budget...

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

Like any creative process the best thing is know where & how  the images are going to be used... Preparation is the key to maximizing results from the photography.  Ask questions ..... We've doing this for over 25 years so we may be able to point out some things you have'nt thought of and avoid potential problems on the day.

What makes your pricing competitive?

Accepted Answer

One of the approaches we decided to take with the supply of our images is that the price we quote includes the supply of images.... There's no having to choose how many images you require and then wait for another price for the amount of images you've chosen. So it's a flat rate price including basic color grading and post production.

How do you normally charge for your service?

Accepted Answer

Commercial Photography is normally charged at an hourly rate + post production.... It a lot of cases this is means a half day or full day rate... There also considerations made for usage and buyout of images.

Creative ,design.... Portraits that look beyond what is presented to capture the real person.... To take the time to connect with the subject.
