It is necessary for us to make a site visit to understand the project. We need to discuss your needs and requirements to be able to put together a detailed brief, the budget limit and timetable before making a quote for the project.

1.Write down all the ideas, improvement and changes that you want the project to cover, the feel and look you want to achieve  2.Get a dimensioned floor plan from your local council or sketch the place and measure accurately alone.  3.Know how much you want to spend and be honest about it.

How do you normally charge for your service?

Accepted Answer

We charge 100$ for the first site meeting where we get to know each other and the actual project. Once the brief is done, we can make a fee structure, that varies based on the type of project and can be either hourly, ranging from 70$ to 130$ depending on the work performed, or between 10% and 15% of the project.

What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?

I hold a Master of Architecture and an Interior Design degree, along with several years of working experience in Milan, Italy and Sydney, Australia. I also gained a lot of practical site experience having worked for two years for a design and construct company in Sydney and collaborated with several Sydney based Interior Designers. My experience ranges from Interior Architecture, documentation, project management, Interior Design and styling, furniture design, color scheme, soft furnishing and decoration.
