Do you work onsite or remotely?(we only work remotely) What is your response time? Will we work with you directly or do you have a team? Are you fixed fee or hourly?

Are you a registered BAS agent and how important is it?   A registered BAS agent is the only person legally allowed to charge you to prepare and lodge your BAS. This qualification is only awarded to somebody with suitable experience and we need to complete ongoing study to ensure we keep up to date with complex topics, updates to GST and tax laws so we can stay registered.  Why would I outsource my bookkeeping when I can do it myself?   This is a great question. As your business grows you cannot possibly to all the admin tasks as well as grow your business. We ask you to look at how much is it really costing you to do your own accounting? To run a successful business you need to maximise your time spent on doing the things that drive sales and minimise the things that don't. Like the bookkeeping!

1. Don't try and DIY your way through if you don't understand what your doing. 2. Separate business and personal bank accounts. 3. Categorise receipts into buckets. ie. client meetings, staff meetings etc
