  In its own right being an interstate investor brings with it its own set of concerns. As a first time property investor these concerns can sometimes be exacerbated. For my wife and I this was definitely the case when we purchased our first investment property, in Melbourne. Queue Megan. She has been nothing but professional, honest and patient in her conduct. She has worked closely with us to keep us informed and to address our concerns, throughout the entire rental process. Her passion for her job and her respect for both tenants and landlords shows in her exemplary work.

  I would hire Megan in a heartbeat to manage my property. Meet with her and you will know exactly what I mean. Only reason I didn't hire is the property sold before I finalised rental. From the outset I was comfortable with Megan; she was super prompt to respond and book a property viewing, was thoroughly prepared and researched for our meeting, immediately demonstrated her commitment to and care for my property during that initial meeting, and left me feeling very confident my property would be well looked after by both Megan and our tenants. I firmly believe Megan would have done a wonderful job of finding fantastic tenants for my property and expertly managing it to the mutual benefit of all.

• What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

  A few simple questions will give us all we need to provide you with fees and a market appraisal: 1) The address of the property 2) If there are tenants in place or will we be finding new tenants on your behalf 3) Your opinion on the overall condition of the property 4) If you have just purchased, when is settlement? But really, the address is enough for us to get the conversation started.
