We had a wedding booked and the bride and groom were a bit apprehensive not knowing what they can expect from us. The "Thank You Note" that we received is as follows: "Thank you so much for making our dream a reality. When we first walked into the hall it took our breath away. We were speechless. From the first time we met you, you make everything sound so easy .......and you took care of everything for us.........We did have an idea of what it would look lke but it far exceeded our expectation. ....You did an amazing job. The food was absolutely delicious and was presented beautifully........ Your staff was extremely friendly and very professional. They were very attentive and pleasant.......Your attention to detail really impressed us............ Thank you again for making our wedding reception an evening we will never forget.

We provide a quality service always using fresh produce. Mostly all the food are prepared in house with specific flavours. We can handle different types of cuisine which include Chinese, French, South African, Indian and Italian etc. We also handle Australian foods and have always worked to the satisfaction of our customers

For one hundred guests and over, we supply free of charge cutlery, crockery and napkin. We do not charge any delivery fee for customers within 5 kilometers of Dandenong. For two hundred guests and above, we offer a 5% discount on the total amount.

We will offer a quality service, tasty and attractive food with a competitive price that will be attractive to the customers of Oneflare. We do not charge children under 5 years old (maximum 5 children).

What makes your pricing competitive?

Accepted Answer

We have a selection of suppliers from where we pick our produce thus avoiding the cost of high delivery fee and we avoid large wastage. We don't hire any equipment and utensils.

How do you normally charge for your service?

We usually charge per head. we require a 20% deposit on confirmation of the event and the balance payable 7 days prior to the function. With corporate function we send an invoice on the same payable within a fortnight or depending on the policy of the company.

We specialise in catering for large groups and we supply for different dietary requirements as requested. We also supply all cutlery, crockery, glassware, tablecloths, napkins and we make arrangement for the decoration of the venue

As mentioned above, we have an experience of 20 years in hospitality, food handling certificate, Certificate IV hospitality. Our love for creating new dishes has developed our skills further in cooking more exotic food to the delight of our customers.
