It is extremely difficult for a Vendor, such as yourself, to enter into a fully executed Contract of Sale and then 'change your mind' and decide that you do not wish to sell. As you are aware, contact was made with the Purchaser in order to ascertain if he would be interested in withdrawing from the Contract, which he was not.
