To give a quote, we need to know whether you are purchasing or selling and if purchasing, whether it is a house, unit or vacant land and whether or not it is an off the plan purchase from a developer.  We can talk to you about searches cost based on what you need.

Tip 1: Talk to MRB Law before you sign the Contract for us to add any necessary special conditions necessary at no extra charge.  Tip 2: Have the Real Estate Agent prepare the Contract.  Tip 3: If purchasing pay as little deposit as can, if selling negotiate for a large deposit.

We can be paid on settlement as part of settlement proceeds for sales and by cheque by your financier if obtaining finance, or you can pay us directly.  We also operate a Trust Account if we need to receive deposits or you need to use it for any other appropriate reason.
