We have professional Indemnity Insurance in place. It is a requirement of all Registered Drafting practitioners. Without the insurance our plans cannot be approved by the Building Surveyor and a permit cannot be issued.

Call us for advice before purchasing your property. We offer a design assistance service. Prepare a design brief including approx size of house, particular architectural features you would like to include. Include photos or pictures of house styles you prefer.

It is a case by case fee structure depending upon the size and complexity of the design, the difficulty of the site, construction budget, how detailed you require the drawings and if the project requires a planning and flood permit, bushfire report or other site specific requirements.
