The most common question is always "How much for the job or how much per square metre". I always tell people that site visits are important so an accurate price can be given.

I would need to know at a minimum what the customer is considering doing, is there access for machines, has the customer decided on concrete colours/finishes and are they clear on what they wish to achieve.

Customers need to ensure that the job site is clear of all non essential items so we aren't rearranging someones back yard just so we can start a job. Allways be firm in your decisions about your projects so that changes are not made that could be costly.

My pricing has always been competitive because im precise when it comes to my quantities and im not just guessing what and how much will be required to complete my clients projects.

I would normally charge for my services by giving a clear and precise quotation to my customers. I normally like to complete a site visit so there is no surprises for the client or myself once the job is priced.
