Mohammed and his team are fantastic. They do a great job and very reliable service too. They might be a little expensive but they worth every $$$ you pay. I would love to recommend them to others.

We only charge our clients $30/H which is considered to be very competitive in the market.

We have over 4 years of experience in providing quality, specialized cleaning services to the Melbourne metropolitan areas.

We utilize the very best specialist cleaning equipment. You don’t need to provide anything.
How do you normally charge for your service?
We do not usually quote per hour but we quote per house which means we usually inspect the house and give a quote per each clean whether its weekly or fortnightly.We only quote per hour in case if the client asks for one off clean.Our hourly rate for the one off cleans will be.45$ for 1st hour then $35/H.

All of our staff undertake a Police Check and are fully trained to ensure your confidential information and valuable assets remain secure. We can also provide Working with Children checks for Clients such as educational institutions.

We offer all the Oneflare customers a free clean when they refer us to a friend, neighbour or relative.
What questions should a customer ask to hire the right service professional?
Clients should always should ensure the following before hiring any service:-
1-Cleaners must be police checked.and should be able to show certificates.
2-Cleaners should be able to provide a material data sheet for all chemicals and products used.
3-clients should seek a list of duties that the cleaner includes in the clean.
What questions do customers commonly ask and how would you answer them?
The most common question is how much do you charge for you service? and the answer here is very simple, most of the regular cleaning service range from $70 to $120 per clean and that price definitely depends on many factors such as the size of the property , frequency of cleaning required and the condition of the premises.So, we prefer to do a quick 10 minutes inspection by visiting the property so that we can confirm a firm price with the client.

Customers can always save money if they do the following
1- spray all showers walls and glass with a good quality product after talking a shower.
2-Ensure to pour some bleach in the toilet bowl at least once a week.
3-its a good idea to cover furniture with covers in case if they pets.
