Our company was established in 2020 by our founded by Mariya Pyvovar and Rhys Brugman who identified that IT Service Providers needed to be in touch with the requirements that businesses and individuals require. Understanding our clients needs and providing them with quality service we endeavor to go above and beyond on everything we do for our clients. With over 14 years of experience working in the field of IT support for small and large IT Companies We understand the day-to-day issues end users face and the necessity of having an agile, modern and stable IT environment. Combining the technical expertise to understand identify and resolve issues, we can articulate any issues or requests to clients without the technical jargon and fluff ensuring that customers understand exactly what is occurring with any piece of work that is being undertaken.
