We are fully insured for workers compensation, public liability insurance and management liability insurance.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I was working in reception of a real estate agency and loved watching the Property Managers work. Their work was always different and challenging and I just loved the idea of a challenge and of being able to work in an office and out on the road in the fresh air.

I have many but my favourite story would be a client I have been working with for several years. Not only did he trust me with his properties, he also trusted me with his highly valued clients properties, many of whom also trusted me with their clients. To know he trusted me so explicitly was great.

No two days are ever the same and it's very fulfilling to be able to work with an owner right from listing their property to finding them to perfect tenant!

How much is your management fee? 7.7% of the rent we collect on your behalf. Are there any hidden fees? No, we only charge 3 fees total! Management fee, advertising and letting fee. How long will it take to find a tenant? On average it takes us between 10 and 14 days to find a tenant.

We are a Property Management ONLY company.  We have a simple fee structure of just 4 fees. We offer weekly, fortnightly and monthly owner payments. Our average days on market is between 10 and 14 days. We have a fantastic and experienced team.

1. Get a rental appraisal done ASAP, the more time we have to plan out the advertising package the better! 2. Declutter as much as you possibly can, less clutter means potential tenants will focus of the features and quality of your property.  3. Invest in quality marketing and professional photography. You can get 58% more exposure with high quality marketing and professional photos.

What makes your pricing competitive?

We have a simple fee structure which makes cash flow much easier and our fees are reasonably price for the service that we offer. Our advertising package is high end to bring down the days on market and we have dedicated personnel to make letting the property easy for both tenants and landlords.

7.7% Management Fee - This is 7.7% of the rent we collect on your behalf including GST 1 weeks rent for the letting fee $330 for advertising the property on website and for a professional photography package $110 for making insurance claims and attending tribunal on behalf of a client And that is it... NO Monthly Fees, NO Termination Fee, NO Lease Renewal Fees...

We specialise in Property Management but we also have a Real Estate Sales arm also. By having a Sales team we are able to offer our clients an all round real estate service.

Personally, I have over 15 years experience in the Real Estate industry and I hold a Diploma of Property Services and a Diploma of Human Resources. I have been fortunate enough to work with some of Australia's best and brightest real estate agents and agencies and have been exposed to all manner of experiences.  Our Team has over 30 year combined experience in Real Estate and also come with a wealth of knowledge in external industries that compliment Real Estate. For example, John has 11 years experience in Building & Constructions, Lara has experience in Financial Planning, Leonie is a qualified school teacher (highly organised) and Amber is also a Commercial Real Estate Agent.
