Accepted Answer

Yes.  Fully insured with 10 million dollars public liability. All work has a 3 year workmanship guarantee.  The parts used are mainly Australian made, and the full manufacturer warranty is passed on to the client.

My rates are very fair and competitive. I offer a free quote service,  for price comparison.  As the business has been started ground up by me, I am proud of the service given and you will always deal with me directly. I have never not been able to complete or fix an existing system.  I have worked in all facets of communication work, that all link in together. My experience is a real advantage as 90 % of my working life has been in this field.

What they want done. Just antenna, or home theatre, tv's hung on walls, speakers outside, able to view foxtel on all tv's?   How many tv outlets?  Block of units or house, and how many stories?  What type of roof, tin or tile?

#1 be sure about, and state all the works you want performed, at the beginning of the job and stick to it. #2  let me know if you have any of your own equipment I can use. #3   do the kids really need tv outlets in their rooms?

What makes your pricing competitive?

Accepted Answer

I offer free quotes. There is full transparency from the initial contact.  Being a small business, running from a home address, doing majority of administration myself e.t.c. Allows me to operate with less overheads. In turn, I pass this saving on to the customer.

How do you normally charge for your service?

Normally,  I would give the customer a free, no obligation, quote. Then it is up to them whether they proceed with job. If it's just a simple fix with not many parts used. A service call fee can be charged and the job completed there and then.

I specialise in digital tv work and home theatre. Antenna and cabling installs. Reception issues. Wall mounting tv's, extra t.v outlets, installing speakers e.t.c. All size jobs. From houses to blocks of units and commercial premises. Further, I do offer a rope access and abseil service, for difficult access jobs. I am insured, have over 10 years experience in this aspect of my work. We always exceed all australian safety standards.

What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?

I am fully qualified, and have been in the industry for 15 years undertaking all aspects. From various satellite installs, such as foxtel, tab and nab, to other cabling/communications such as data, fibre optic, cctv and tv antenna installations. Working on all systems from domestic houses and high rise to hospitals and gaols. I have the training, skills and experience to efficiently complete your communication needs.
