Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

Northside Radiators is fully insured with a major insurer.  As for guarantees, we will stand by the manufacturers warranty which in most cases is a 2 year warranty provided the customer correctly maintains what has been installed.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

Northside Radiators is an established business and as such the decision to purchase felt right.  I obtained this business due to the ongoing internal political dramas I was experiencing whilst the State (3 off) Sales Manager for an Engineering company.  The transition from Upper Management to the tools was very easy giving I have been in Trade previously for 10+ years.

Review of one story below......  Just wanted to say a big thank you to Justin at NSRA.  I came to Northside Radiators mid afternoon on a Friday in desperate need of a replacement radiator. He started straight away and had me back on the road within a few hours. I didn't think that kind of customer service existed anymore.  If you need radiator or A/C work done and you don't go to see Northside Radiators your mad! Thanks again Justin!

The job satisfaction within this business always consists of pleasing my clientele.  I ensure my clients drive away with a smile on their faces.  I am a very personable person who loves a laugh and I believe this rubs off onto my clients.

The 2 questions that are most common in this business is: -  1 - How Much? 2 - When can you do it?  The answer to question one (1) is a variable answer but generally prices start as low as $299 and can range up to $700-800 depending on your vehicle, the type of products needed, and the brands of products purchased. Northside Radiators will need to known the following information before providing an estimate over the phone: -  1 - Vehicle Make 2 - Vehicle Model 3 - Vehicle Series (if applicable) 4 - Vehicles Transmission (Manual or Automatic) 5 - Date of Manufacture 6 - Size of Engine 7 - Fuel Type (Petrol or Diesel)  This information will enable an estimation to be established.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

Based on the nature of why you are using Northside Radiators, there are only 2 options.  You can have Northside Radiators provide a full Turnkey service which includes the following (based on a normal radiator change): -  Option 1 - 1 - Strip Vehicle down and Remove damaged Radiator 2 - Power Flush Cooling System 3 - 12 Point Cooling System Check 4 - Fit New Radiator and refit all components removed. 5 - Fill with Top Quality Radiator Coolant 6 - Test Vehicle and Monitor  Option 2 -  Supply Only whereby my clients can install the radiator themselves.

How do you normally charge for your service?

Here at Northside Radiators we would, in most cases, quote the work prior to commencing.  Due to the nature of the business and the checks and measures I have to do to complete my job in accordance with the manufacturer, there may be additional items required during the repair process such as thermostats, gaskets, hoses, clamps etc.
