I was asked to analyse the spending of a client - where is the money going?? But was not given the relevant bank statements etc - my crystal ball is not that good! Information is gold :-)

I like it that I am able to sort, process and make sense out of a shoe box or plastic bag full of paperwork and feel the relief from the client that this task has been dealt with and is no longer looming over their heads.

How long would it take to get the work done - I can have a guess at it if I know all the information but that still does not take into consideration the state the accounts are in and the level of information provided.

1. Take time to tell me about your business and your requirements 1. Get organized: have all bank statements and paperwork ready 2. Be available to resolve any queries so the work can be completed within the appointment

My pricing is mid-range according tot he survey done by the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers and the guidelines they have put out. Also, I get the work done as efficiently as possible.

I normally charge an hourly rate - I get paid for the work that I do and the time I spend doing it.

I have had many years of experience in the Finance & Administration field and have held a senior position with a multinational corporation prior to commencing my business over 8 years ago. I am certified and have in depth knowledge of accounting and can accommodate small to large businesses.
