Yes, we are full insured, and we guarantee our work. To be a member of the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers and a registered BAS agent, we have to be insured at all times.

I actually have two. One Client who drives interstate transport. He's a very hard worker, and provides well fro his family. I can honestly say, I'm proud to have him as my client. We redid two years of his BAS and Tax and saved him thousands. A little bit of effort went a long way. The other client is one I have previously mentioned, where I was able to save them thousands on their BAS as well. It's not hard to do it right, you just have to take pride in what you do.

What do you like most about your job?

After all this time, I still love my job. I love that I can pick up where something isn't right, find it, and make it right. I enjoy working with new clients most of all. I love hearing from them what a difference I have been able to make to their business.

What questions do customers commonly ask and how would you answer them?

How much will it cost. This is like asking how long is a piece of string. How much it costs is relative to how much you want us to do . We had a client recently who we redid 3 years of their BAS and Tax. Our bill was 3 times what their previous bookkeeper had charged, however, we saved them $27,000.00 in BAS and Income Tax because the book were done so poorly.

There are lot's of great bookkeepers out there. There are also lots of ordinary ones. Our processes and procedures to stay on your case to get your work done mean we can be deemed to really, really want to get your work in on time.

Vast experience in working with both you, and your accountant. We can use your system, or set you up on ours. We believe that the tasks of dealing with the Tax Office and your requirements should be a job made easy for you, so you can get on with doing what you do best. Let us take the pressure of the things you hate so you can do that.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

How many staff, how many invoices and bank statements they have, and how often they lodge their BAS. Additionally, what BAS type you are on - Cash or Accrual. Being able to have an honest conversation with the customer is critical.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

You can save money by ensuring that any of your transactions that go through your company bank account are for company use only. Transfer money to your own personal account from your company account. Keying dozens of personal transactions thro8ugh your company bank accounts takes a lot of time, and you're paying for that. Keep it simple. Keep your cash receipts, write your self a cheque, or do a bank transfer to pay yourself back in one hit, don't take lot's of drawings out of your company account. And Lstly, get yourself a petty cash tin.

We are priced competitively, because we are trying to build our customer base. We are traditionally around 15 percent cheaper than other bookkeepers, and we have our own purpose premises.

How do you normally charge for your service?

Our rates are competitively priced at $59.00 plus GST. We charge by the hour, with a minimum of 1/2 blocks. If you would like us to come to you, you will also pay for the time it takes to get there and back. We are able to process most clients work either remotely, or via email though, so this generally isn't an issue.

We specialise in the business with 1 - 5 Employees. We offer services to the Transport Industry, lot's of Tradies, and have a great deal of work inside the Motorsport Industry.

We are registered BAS Agents, and members of the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers. Both of these things mean we also have to have Public Liability Insurance and a professional practice with years of experience.
