I have Public Liability Insurance. I can guarantee pricing for furnishings, trades and my services and I have the client approve all purchases  and quotations prior to ordering.

Our rates are affordable, and a varied level of service is available, from just a 2-hour consultation to a full report of suggested colours, selections and furnishings, or full sourcing of materials, furniture and accessories. We can be a small help or a big help to you, depending on your needs.

Photographs of furniture pieces the client wants to retain is helpful, magazine clippings or preferred colour ideas can be helpful also (eg do you prefer warmer or cooler colours), budget limit also.

For One Flare customers, I can offer a 2-hour  initial consultation for $99 rather than the usual $165. This would include a walk through the home, with verbal  advice and suggestions and an assessment of  client requirements.

What makes your pricing competitive?

I charge as a property stylist rather than an interior designer so my rates can be up to a third of other interior designers.

How do you normally charge for your service?

Initial 2-hour in-home consultation is charged at a flat fee of $165, with verbal advice and suggestions. Further time and sourcing of materials, and/or providing a written report and liaising with trades and suppliers is charged at $66 per hour including GST.

Specialise in preparing, upgrading and styling homes, inside and out,  for selling or re-leasing. Specialise in colour and material and furniture  selection for renovations and new builds.

20 years experience in the property development industry building,staging, decorating and successfully re-selling homes and investment properties for profit. Currently studying Home Staging and Interior Design at the International Institute of Home Staging.
