Our business is fully insured. We have Marine transit insurance, public liability, workers compensation and full comprehensive insurance on all our vehicles. We also guarantee our work and customer satisfaction.

I have been in the transport game since 1994 and started my own company in 1997. I enjoy being outdoors and driving, so the only thing I can think of was to get paid to be outdoors whilst driving....lol

Yes!!! A customer was using a company I was working with, and the company was very incompetent with the level of service, since I left the company, they tracked me down and asked me to be the sole carrying company for their goods. It just goes to show that if a customer appreciates your work as an individual, they will do whatever it takes to keep you working for them.

What we like most about our job is customer satisfaction, good reviews and great customer service. It really puts a smile on our faces when we get complemented on a great job.

Can they handle their product with care, what guarantees are in place to assure you the product will arrive to its destination in good order, what experience do we have in handling your product.

Do you have a vehicle available within 1 to 2 hours and how quick can the delivery be completed. Yes we can have a vehicle within the hour and if not possible we estimate within 2 hours and drivers have good knowledge of the Syd metro area and the shortest routes will be taken.

We are all rounders. We do regular freight as well as temperature controlled and palletised goods. We know how to handle your products and all care is taken whilst we are in possession of your goods.

We have a guarantee policy, all items are insured in transit, drivers are courteous, well presented and mannered, your goods are tracked and precise eta's are given to you.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

We would like to know what we are carting, what size vehicle is required, what temperature is required, what type of vehicle is required, pantec truck or tautliner, would we need a tailgate lifter, or a 1 tonne ute etc etc. We would also like to know the urgency of the delivery and any specific deadlines to meet.

Provide us with the address to and from the destinations. All deliveries marked on your packages and it would be great if you organised your deliveries in your preffered order, whilst all our drivers have a sound knowledge of the metro and country areas, it is often best you instruct us of the way and preference you would like us to conduct your deliveries.

We can work with what best suits your budget and the frequency of our service to you. We can work on piece rates, hourly rates or daily rates. The more frequent our services to you, the better the deal will be.

We specialise in all things requiring freezer or chiller goods deliveries. We also specialise in quality controlled goods and strict temperature controlled goods such as vaccinations and specimans.
