We are fully insured for up to $20,00000 public liability.  We also carry full safety equipment and have carried out all working at heights courses, this allows you to comfortably have us on your roof without having to stress about anything.  We guarantee all of our work.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

We decided to start paramount property maintenance due to the hole in the market for real genuine customer service. We realised that not all but a lot of " gutter cleaners , window cleaners " did not care about the customers and the outcome of the job, we also noticed the complete lack of safety and experience in some business. That's why we strive to provide awesome customer service and always follow strict safety guidelines and carry the highest insurance possible.

We are all active and social people so we love being out in the sun doing satisfying work and having our awesome customers be just as happy with our results!

Before you choose a company to use for any services you should make sure they are insured and check all other required qualifications before hiring.  We are more than happy to provide all relevant documents to our customers when requested.

We consistently make sure that all of our customers are completely aware of what is going on with their job. This includes numerous before and after photos, written job descriptions and if requested we will even video tape our works after completion and provide full cost breakdowns in our quotes so that you know exactly what you are paying for.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

Typically we can provide quotes via google maps.  We may ask you questions such as.  how many stories?  how long has it been since your last clean?  and we will take into account any additonal information you can provide us with to provide you with an exact quote.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

For window cleaning we ask that customers move any furniture or belongings that will impede access to the windows, this includes all belongings on the window sills.  For gutter cleaning it is recommended that customers have a green waste bin that we can use to dispose of the debris in the gutters. If needed we can dispose of all debris for a $70 surcharge.

Being in the trade so long we always make sure to quote all jobs thoroughly so that we are able to provide accurate competitive pricing with no hidden cost. Our quotes are always fixed and never changed due to unforeseen circumstances within reason.

Every job is different due to numerous factors such as access , roof pitch and height , how long it has been since you have last been serviced etc. We always provide extremely competitive quotes.

We specialise in gutter cleaning, window cleaning, soft washing and pressure washing. We also provide a to b trade sourcing for any jobs you may require licenced tradesmen for.

We are a small business with no more than 2-4 employees at one time. This allows us to make sure all of our contractors including ourselves always follow oh&s guidelines, have up to date insurance policies and working at heights safety certificates.
