  My business is fully insured. There are no guarantees and here's why - there are a lot of variables involved when it comes to the behaviour of an animal. Clients are not professional animal trainers. Time commitments often affect training commitments. The environment and people are not predictable.

• How did you decide to get into your line of work?

  I have always loved animals and started my career as a Veterinary Nurse. I just saw a job one day for an Apprentice Guide Dog Mobility Instructor and got it. This is where my interest in behaviour began.
