How did you decide to get into your line of work?

Well, Long story short, We were once customers / consumers too you know :)  We knew we could offer the service to others at very good rate while still not cutting ourself short.  We also decided that we could do it better, Giving our customers the same service we would expect.

What do you like most about your job?

Meeting new people! We love to deal with new customers and new problems, This is hafl the reason why we have expanded so fast and have grown into a varied field. Nothing better than being able to not just fix one customers issues, But quite a few! Knowledge is power.

- What do you charge? - Is there any guarentee? - Do you do home calls? - Can you fix it remotely? - Will I loose any data?  and last but not least  - Can you provide me any advice to keep myself safe in the future.

- How much are you going to charge? Well we charge what's fair, The amount of work and how complicated the job is, Generally most work is under 80 dollars for the first hour, this includes the call out!  Do you provide and guarentee? Yes we do, 1 Week software guarentee for any work we have performed. aka virus removal, if the same virus pops up in the week, then we come out and fix it free! This is something that has become more common these days with the more complex virus's!

We would have to be one of the most reliable companies in the industry around, Not just because we service generally same day, But we aim to find a solution to any hurdles we come across, generally at a discounted rate. As for trustworthy, We are a small tight knit group... There is nothing more important to us then trust!

Besides the fact PC FIX-IT operates without a shop front to save both the customer money and our time to actually spend fixing the customers issues at the best cost possible.

We like to know what you need done, How long the issue has been there, What you are willing to get achieved and what your expectation of the job cost is going to be. That way there, We can suggest solutions to cater to any situation before we arrive.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

Well, There is 3 simple things,  - Make sure the work you need doing is availible short hand - Make sure if you have a list of things to do, Try write them down before we get there. - Last but not least, Have anything you think may be related to the job also at hand just in case (passwords etc.)

The fact that we can cut costs in almost every way, From not supporting a larger company (franchises) to the fact we operate on the road. Of course we can still take a job that will take an extraordinary amount of time, We can take it away and bring it back at less cost to you.

How do you normally charge for your service?

Well, We like to offer the best possible value, Say your PC is slow, And I am waiting for things to happen, Then we do not charge for the full time we were there. Aka if we were there a hour and we did 30 Minutes of actual work, We typically do not charge for the full hour.

We specialise in a lot of different fields,  Just some of the work we do: - New PC's + Repair exisiting  - Mac's (Yes we can fix your Apple products too!)  - Electrical Device Repairs (Broken Flash Drives, Portable HDD's, Phones, Laptop's, TV's + More)  - Security Systems (Typically Video Surveillance with Motion Detection + Alerts, 720P+ Camera's, Footage you can actually use without being a big pixell'y mess!)  - Corporate networking, Servers + Backup solutions  - VOIP Systems  - Home theatre setup's, Troubleshooting + Install's
