  Had blue screen on laptop (required disc drive change) however it was recommended to try and recover/reboot- did not work and paid for this service. This took an additional day but I received the laptop back working and as quick as when I got new.

  No additional charge was added to the job! We charge in hourly and half hour blocks for our services. You where only charged for the time it took to install the new HDD and Windows. The data was recovered successfully and windows re-installed. Works perfect!
