  I purchased a computer from him -wanting a specced up work computer instead he basically sold me an over priced gaming computer. Too large for my working space and well outside the price range you would pick up at your standard retailer, his guarantee of 100% satisfaction didn't mean anything as we charged me $700 to restock but offering a years worth of support for my old computer in exchange. I wrote him a good review at the time but he has since disappeared - never once assisting with my computer needs. And now his website has gone - dodgy.

  Michael delivers great service at a fair price. When you own a small business and you do everything to satisfy your customers, it is fabulous to be treated in the same way. Michael clearly knows his stuff. He went out of his way to deliver. Unfortunately he stumbled upon a hardware problem that cannot be resolved. Nevertheless, he has been giving (free) advice on replacements and I'm sure he's spent longer on the job than he has invoiced. Based on my experiences, with the PC Whisperer you can be confident you'll be treated well as a client and you will be charged fairly.

  Michael was very efficient and fixed our computer in no time. He also transferred files remotely onto a new portable hard drive for us. We were impressed with his competence.

  Michael was fantastic. Answered all our questions, fixed our computer and was accessable when we called a few days later with another question. Would highly recommend him to anyone.
