Yes I am insured and my work is accurate to the information I am given, I always do a bank reconciliation so I can pick any data entry errors that may occur as I go and you end result is then correct.

I have always loved working with figures and getting numbers to balance, my first job on leaving school was in an accountants office and I decided when I returned to the work force after my children were at school to work in the industry.

Sort your receipts into date and how they were paid, for example all cash receipts together, credit card and banking receipts separated. Print your bank statements for the time frame that needs attention. Have a clear idea of what your required result of the work is.

I invoice on a weekly, monthly or as required basis, 7 day account and paid by EFT preferred method of payment, I am GST registered.

Over 20years working in accounts, using various programmes for example MYOB, Quicken, excel and word, I am a qualified bookkeeper and BAS Agent, I excel in sorting out tangles and setting up for your future recording of accounts.
