Bernie was punctual and professional. My aircond unit came with the house when I bought this place, and not sure when was the last time it was being cleaned. The unit was very filthy, but Bernie did a terrific job to get it sparkle again. He even explained to me how old each of the air cond unit is which I didn't have any clue before. I was very happy with the job and the service he provided.Steve C
