What is Soft Wash? Soft washing is a safe and economical low pressure spray and rinse process that gently cleans exterior surfaces such as brick and concrete walls, rendered or painted surfaces, texture coated and other acrylic coatings, retaining walls and fences, under eves, gutters, balconies, verandas, patios and glass. Soft Wash can even be used to clean lightly soiled concrete paths and driveways. How is soft washing done? Using a low pressure, electric delivery system, we apply a cleaning solution to a range of surfaces, up to 3 stories high from the ground without ladders, scaffold or mechanical lifting equipment. We can adjust the ratio or strength of the cleaning solutions with the push of a button, depending on the surface type and level of organic and oil based contamination. Once the cleaning solution has had time to break down dirt, grease, grime, moss, mould and other pollution, we are able to rinse it all off using fresh water. Soft Wash will even clean off cobwebs from under eves, patios and verandas. The surface is left clean, sanitized and looking fantastic!
