Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

Accepted Answer

Yes we are fully insured and all work comes with a 100% satisfaction guarantee.  In the unlikely situation of there being a problem we will happily fix it without any hassles. If a problem cannot be resolved a full refund is provided. This situation has proudly never occurred.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

For me it was originally a day job after I completed university, as I was looking to work my way into the music industry. I eventually went back to uni to become a high school music teacher but after awhile realised that wasn't for me, so I decided to launch my own window cleaning business instead.

Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?

Yes when i was in Sydney, this gorgeous property was located in the bay near the Palm Beach area. They were a lovely couple and very hospitable too providing us with cool drinks with fresh lime. Turns out the client was a respected cinematographer in hollywood and we got to hold the Academy Award. :-)

What do you like most about your job?

There are many things but what I love the most is the relationships I build with my clients. I get to meet a lot of interesting people and over time develop a relationship of mutual trust and respect.  I also love admiring the many beautifully designed and built properties we service.

What questions should a customer ask to hire the right service professional?

Are you a member of the Australian Window Cleaning Federation? Do you have public liability insurance which includes property? Do you have a safety policy in place? Will you inform me when the windows are due again? What is your wet weather policy?

What questions do customers commonly ask and how would you answer them?

Do you do tracks and screens? Yes.  Do you use a waterfed pole? Yes. How high can you go? Up to 4 stories high from the ground. Do you work in the rain? It depends. Rain will sheet right off freshly cleaned windows so it won't affect the work. However if it presents a safety issue with the use of ladders and slippery surfaces we may need to reschedule.

We have up to date, progressive operating systems in place to ensure our services are prompt and reliable. Before booking you in we will be 100% sure that we can fit you in. Unlike other tradies who will book you in when really they can't letting you down in the process.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

Site inspections are required for quotes but photos assist in delivering a better estimate. Pricing for window cleaning varies from site to site. It's usually dependant on the level of difficulty of the job.  To start we'll need to know how many stories and how many window frames there are.

How do you normally charge for your service?

Card is the most common payment method and we’ve made it nice and easy for you. To reserve your appointment please enter your card information on our website via our secure online booking platform. Your card is charged the quoted amount when your appointment is complete. Simple.

Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?

We specialise in window cleaning for residential properties and large commercial sites. If any other services are required please let us know and we can see what we can do for you.

I spent 11 years as a window cleaner working on luxurious residential properties, shop fronts and commercial sites in Sydney.  Now based in Brisbane I have 250+ happy clients city wide and growing daily. No matter the difficulty of the job we can get it done for you.
