Deposit - 10% of the quoted price (to be paid to lock in start date) Pre Pour – 50% of the quoted price (to be paid no later than the day before concrete is poured) Final – 40% of the quoted price (to be paid the day following the completion of work) We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, EFT, Bank Transfer, and Cheques.

Any Domestic contractor needs to have a domestic building license to do any works over $5000, this is a legal requirement of the Victorian Building Association.
