I think its important to find out the process that they will used to conduct the works. Experienced operators can rattle off the process they will use fairly quickly, whereas someone who is not as experienced or as competent usually wont and also wont have the process correct

The main details I need are the type of pool surface (ie concrete or fibreglass), the main reason why it requires work and then what you want done to the pool ect

The 3 biggest ways to save money are as follows 1). Do your homework and know what you want and what it valve is. 3) Make sure your site has the easiest access as possible to make your project more appealing to trades. 4). keep the site and area of works as clean as possible prior to works starting
