Internally Print Factory Staff have 10 years experience in Print. Externally through our suppliers we've got collectively over 100 years of experienced suppliers to help our customers out with every need.

Traditionally our General Manager has been know as "the Business Card King" but that's not we are specialising in.
Print Factory specialises in providing personalised print goods for our customers. We offer a couple of business products, but we make our bread and butter of personalised prints

We are competitive because we have to be! If you put a cheaper written quote infront of us, we generally will find a way to beat it!

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips
1) Make sure your artwork is correct! You don't want to go to print with spelling mistakes as from the printers prospective it's your artwork.
2) Make sure you check the printers quality through samples. You don't want a bad product
3) Get a written quote! Don't get pricing over the phone.
What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?
Typical things we need to know is what product you would like, the quantity and finishing. If it's a personalised product we just need to see the image or photo.
Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?
We are insured yes! We can only guarantee work that has been approved. If you have approved artwork that is wrong, we are not liable to replace or reprint, however we generally can help out with prices.

The number one question we get is "What is the price for shipping?" We simply answer those questions with Free!

Some questions we would recommend is asking how the items are produced? What machines are used and where do they source their stock from. Doing this can go along way to judge the quality of the final product.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?
Personally I decided to get into print after a bad experience with Vistaprint. (We've all been down that road!) I decided because I got really crap quality business cards that was over priced. I wanted to provide a product to our customers that always had free shipping.
