Yes we hold Public Liability Insurance.  We guarantee any parts or installs the standard manufactures warranty guarantee, plus 5 years workmanship warranty guarantee.

Enjoy meeting new Customer's, providing my expertise in repairs, leaving Customer's happy and satisfied.  Often A/C is necessity in Perth's cold Winters and hot Summer's and leaving Customer knowing they will be in comfort in these conditions is very satisfying.

The type of system, make and model.  Clear description of works required.  Timeframe.  If installation is required, new build a plan of the house.  Or arrange site visit. Budget in mind, type of brand to use.

The cheapest quote doesn't often mean you get the best job - ie not repaired, just condemned. Further down the line further issue's.  We often repair, fix other Companies work.  Call the expert first and get it right first time.

We are small family run business and offer exception personal service and try to keep our costs as low as possible and offer the most cost effective solutions to our Customers.  With less overheads than the bigger Companies we are able to offer competitive prices with experienced service.

Service is charged by call out then Service charge.  Diagnosis and repair is call out then per hour rate.  Installation quotes are usually site visit or quoted works.
