Our conveyancing service is performed online and in almost all cases there is no need to attend our office in person to sign any documents. If in the rear case you need to visit our office, we will keep a physical distance that is comfortable to our clients and have hand sanitiser available at reception.

1) How much are your fees? Our answer is that it depends on the work you want us to perform. If you are looking for the cheapest quote on the market, beware that you may get what you pay for - would you risk one of your biggest financial transactions of your life on cheap and clumsy conveyancing service? We charge a reasonable fee for the premium level of service we provide, our expertise and our reputation in the conveyancing industry. We perform contract reviews for buyers within 48 hours on average, even quicker if the situation is an emergency. We prepare contracts and section 32 for sellers within 1 week on average. 1) Which suburb is the property located in? 2) What type of property are you buying or seller (eg., house, apartment, land etc)? 3) Is the property affected by an owners corporation/body corporate? 4) What service are you looking for - contract review, contract preparation and/or conveyancing?  5) Are all purchaser's first home buyers in Australia and how do you intend to use the property (eg., principal place of residence from settlement, investment to rent out)? 6) Are all purchasers Australian citizens or permanent residents?  7) (Ideal) If contract review, is the property being auctioned and when?  8) (Ideal) If contract preparation, has the ad campaign started?  9) (Ideal) Are you buying or selling as an individual, trustee or company?

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

Yes! To save money on contract reviews before you buy a property, and to reduce the number of contracts you send us to review, check with the agent if the vendor is prepared to accept your offer for the property. If so, that is the best time to engage us for a contract review, as you will have a better chance of buying the property, and less risk of wasting your money on a property your unlikely to successfully buy.  The same principal applies to obtaining a building and pest inspection before you buy a property. Confirm with the agent if the vendor is prepared to accept your offer first before engaging a building and pest inspector. If the vendor is prepared to sell to you, your money on a building and pest inspection is less likely to be wasted!  If you are selling a property with an owners corporation, you will need to disclose an owners corporation certificate in your section 32. To save money on conveyancing costs, purchase your owners corporation certificate directly through the owners corporation certificate and supply us with the certificate.

We provide a premium conveyancing service at a reasonable market price. Our fixed fee includes GST and out-of-pocket costs (ie., disbursements), meaning zero bill shock. Many conveyancers will exclude GST and search costs from their professional fee, which results in a higher-than-expected bill. We provide 100% fee certainty and transparency from the beginning to ensure you are comfortable with our fee.

Our fee is payable into our trust account upon engaging us for our work. This means when you receive our invoice at the end of our retainer, it will confirm our fee has already been paid!
