Frequently Asked Questions
Why should a customer hire you over another service provider?
We source our produce from local markets, our fresh meat from local wholesalers and our small goods and cheeses from local manufacturers. Our food is fresh and tastes great!
Like we say Pure Ingredients.... Sinfully Delicious!
Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?
We specialize in traditional homemade Lebanese Food. I grew up watching my mother make her own Lebanese Bread (like mountain bread), her own yogurt, tomato paste and so much more. Thanks to her, I have a love for fresh healthy food.

What makes you the most reliable and trustworthy person for the job?
We always arrive before the function begins to begin the food preparations.
We bring everything we need to cater for a job. Deciding on what the client wants, we can deliver and set up the buffet table or we remain on site and cook the delicious hot food onsite.
How do you normally charge for your service?
We charge as a total cost as we mostly offer buffet service. Waiter services are also available.
We provide clients with a detailed and itemized menu. Each dish is costed, a service fee is added and then gst is applied.
What makes your pricing competitive?
The quality of food and your guests satisfaction with their meal makes us competitive.
At every event we have catered for, guests rave on about our food and our clients come thanking us for a job well done.
You pay for what you get and with us, a little more, goes a long way.
Most of our food is made by us. We are fresh, tasty and healthy. You always see lots of vegetables and fruits at our events.
What do you like most about your job?
I love seeing our clients and their guests happily come back for more food.
I love it when they come up to us and rave on about a particular dish or all of them.
I love it that my clients have the trust to book us.
I love it when my clients express their gratitude and can see that their guests have thoroughly enjoyed themselves.
Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?
We are insured and have an up to date public liability policy.
How did you decide to get into your line of work?
I had the benefit of seeing my mother make so many things from fresh ingredients. It was only when I grew up that realized that others did not have the same experience. Lebanese food is fresh... its fantastic! So why not share it around.
That is what inspired me.
Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?
It is not one story but rather a consistent thing that happens at every function I cater for. Numerous guests approach us to thank us for our food. They explain that it is not the usual dull food served at many a function. They proclaim their happiness at being well fed. They congratulate us on the flavours, the variety, the freshness and the abundance.
What can I say.... it is true, our food is better than bread rolls, boiled potato and corn cob. It is better than fried finger foods and the usual salad. We have never ever had an unhappy customer.
What questions should a customer ask to hire the right service professional?
Are your ingredients fresh?
Do you make most of your food yourself or is most of it outsourced?
What do I need to do to book your services?
Do you cater for allergies or food sensitivities?
Do you cater to religious dietary limitations?
What time will you arrive to begin preparations?
What equipment do you need to bring with you?
Will you remain onsite after the buffet is set up?
When will you expect to leave our function?
What is your cancellation policy?
How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips
Supply equipment for us to use when we need to cook eg BBQ with full gas
Supply your own crockery or disposable plates and cutlery
Opt for the service option where we arrive early to set-up the buffet table. This option is cheaper because we do not cook onsite and we do not remain onsite for the duration fo the event.
What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?
Our staff undertake the required food safety training to ensure our food handling is best practice. We have staff who are qualified in Catering and in Business Management. All in all, we are able to manage our customers professionally in both our handling of food and in the handling of enquiries.
We also have the personal experience of being exposed to quality cooking from base ingredients through time honoured technique. It is a love of creating good food that inspires us to share it.
What questions do customers commonly ask and how would you answer them?
Did you buy this? Our answer: No, we made it ourselves, it is homemade.
Can you put this on the menu? Our answer: It is possible. And we often do take customers requests for a dish, even if it is not on the original menu.
How do we pay the deposit? Our answer: Direct Deposit is preferred. A 50% deposit is required to book us and then the balance is due no later than the day of the event.
Do you come up this far? Our answer: We travel most places covering greater sydney. We also take into consideration other areas such as Hunter Valley, Orange etc as many clients struggle to find a Lebanese Caterer that is happy to travel that far.
