  I have great knowledge and experience as I've been doing this for close to 20 years working in residential and commercial, from new builds to renovations and from the small jobs to large high end quality projects. I am very familiar with the standards and the requirements so the job lasts and you meet compliance along with using the best materials available on the market to make sure the job done right and lasts as long as it should. I am known to be a perfectionist and I take great pride in my work. I treat the job as if it were my own.

• How do you normally charge for your service?

  To make it fair for the customer, I would like to view the job by either going to site or viewing the plans and having a chat about the details and specifics of the job. In some cases the job is small enough that it's just a call out fee.
